The oil quantitative loading sled assembly refers to the integration of instruments and equipment in each loading crane position into a dedicated framework structure. The instruments and equipment include loading crane pipes, flow meters, anti overflow oil static alarm controllers, pressure transmitters, loading flow control valves, emergency shut-off valves, loading pumps, batch controllers, etc., with only reserved process connection ports, control power and communication interfaces. This integrated part is called the loading sled. Compared with traditional on-site assembly of loading control systems, loading sleds can save on-site design and construction costs, shorten project timelines, and improve the quality of loading control systems.
